Is it necessary to use Corrugated Plastic Dividers?

Friends who do packaging know that damage to goods is a confusing account. The bottle is broken, the parts are scratched, and the electronic components are damaged by static electricity... Every time there is a problem, the first reaction is' transportation is too violent '. But few people think: Is it because the packaging itself is not done well?

If so, they will collide with each other if there is a slight bump during transportation. If a glass bottle collides with another glass bottle and breaks, it will result in a batch of losses.

The usage of corrugated plastic dividers is simple: to separate each product without anyone touching anyone.

It sounds simple, but the effect is very practical. A customer who exports bottled beverages used to pack them directly in cardboard boxes, with a damage rate of around 12%. After replacing the corrugated plastic dividers, the damage rate decreased to below 1%. This is the value of partitions.

Why use plastic partitions instead of paper partitions?

Paper partitions are cheap, that's a fact. But there are several problems with paper partitions:

Afraid of water: The humidity in the warehouse is high, and the humidity in the shipping container is high. When the paper partition is damp, it becomes soft. If the partition becomes soft, the product cannot be fixed.

Disposable: Used once and discarded, cannot be recycled or reused.

Insufficient strength: The thinner paper partition tore with a little force.

The hollow board partition/corrugated plastic divider is made of PP plastic, which is 100% waterproof and moisture-proof, and will not soften even when soaked in water. Moreover, it has good resilience and can be used repeatedly dozens of times without any problem. Although the unit price is a bit higher, the cost per use is actually lower.
